neucraft（ニュークラフト）は、伝統工芸とAIをかけ合わせたプロジェクトです。「neu」は、機械学習に用いられる脳の構造を模したneural network（ニューラルネットワーク）とcraft（工芸）を組み合わせた造語です。
ロゴは、ニューラルネットワークの構造と、ろくろが横回転して形作られる様子をアニメーションで表現しました。また、タイプフェイスはRotisの持つモダンでありながらもクラシカルな印象が、伝統と革新の融合というプロジェクトのテーマを象徴していると考え採用しました。neucraft is a project that combines traditional crafts and AI. The name “neu” is a coined word combining “neural network,“ which mimics the structure of the brain used in machine learning, and “craft.”
The logo visually expresses the structure of a neural network and the way a potter‘s wheel rotates horizontally to shape pottery through animation. Furthermore, we adopted the typeface Rotis, considering that its modern yet classical impression symbolizes the project's theme of fusing tradition and innovation.
